Integrations

Every integration in one place, with a connect button

Integrations are useless if nobody can find them. Gaffer's marketplace lists everything the platform connects to, grouped by category and searchable, with connect and manage buttons — so setting up Xero or Stripe is a page you visit rather than a support ticket.

How the integration marketplace works in Gaffer

One page listing what connects, filtered by what you are trying to do.

Grouped by category

Accounting, payments, calendars, communications and compliance are separated, so you can find the integration for the problem you have.

Connect from the listing

Each integration has a connect or manage action, so setup starts from the listing rather than from documentation.

Status visible

Connected integrations are distinguishable from available ones, so you can see what is actually live on your account.

What you get

The marketplace covers accounting, payments, calendar, communications and compliance integrations in one platform.

  • All available integrations listed on one page
  • Category filters to narrow to the type you need
  • Search across the integration catalogue
  • Connect and manage actions per integration
  • Connected vs available status shown clearly
  • Covers Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, GoCardless, Google, Microsoft, Twilio and more
  • Outbound webhooks and Zapier for anything not listed

Common questions about integration marketplace

What integrations are available?

Accounting with Xero and QuickBooks, payments with Stripe and GoCardless, calendars with Google and Microsoft 365, communications with Twilio and Mailgun, compliance with FENSA and TrustMark, plus Zapier and outbound webhooks for everything else.

Do integrations cost extra?

The integrations are part of the platform. What can cost extra is the third-party service itself — a Twilio account for SMS, a Stripe account for card processing — because those are your accounts with your own pricing.

What if the tool I use is not listed?

Outbound webhooks push Gaffer events into your own systems, and the Zapier connection reaches thousands of applications without any development work. For most gaps, one of those is the answer.

Can I disconnect an integration later?

Yes. Each connected integration has a manage action where it can be reconfigured or disconnected, and Gaffer tracks integration sync failures with retries so problems surface rather than failing silently.
