How do engineers record their hours?
Engineers clock on and off against a job from the Gaffer field app, or enter hours manually at the end of the day. Each entry is tagged to the person, the job and whether the time is billable, so the weekly timesheet builds itself.
Does the timesheet work offline on the mobile app?
Yes. The field app is offline-first, so your team can clock on and off and log hours with no signal — for example in a basement or a rural site — and everything syncs to the weekly timesheet when they are back online.
Can I bill recorded time onto a quote or invoice?
