How long does it take?

Will I lose any data?
No. Your YourTradebase account stays exactly as it is, so it is always there as a backup. Importing copies your data into Gaffer — it never touches or deletes anything in YourTradebase. You only stop using it once you are happy.
Can I import a CSV export?
Yes. Gaffer accepts CSV exports of customers, jobs, quotes and invoices. Map the columns once, preview, and import. Re-running the same import updates existing records by reference rather than creating duplicates.
