Xero and QuickBooks, done properly.
Contacts, invoices, credit notes and payments are pushed across as they happen and mapped to the right nominal codes. Payments taken through Gaffer mark the invoice paid on both sides. Sync conflicts are surfaced, not hidden.

Stripe and GoCardless
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on every quote deposit and invoice through Stripe. Tap to Pay on the phone. Direct Debit mandates through GoCardless, so a customer can settle an invoice without reaching for a card. Providers’ standard fees only; Gaffer adds no margin.
Google and Microsoft 365
Jobs and appointments appear on each engineer’s own calendar alongside personal events, and conflicts are flagged before they are booked. Email is sent and received from your own mailbox inside Gaffer over IMAP and SMTP, threaded against the customer.
API, webhooks and Zapier
Anything you can do in Gaffer, your own systems can do too: the whole product sits on a documented REST API with token authentication. Outbound webhooks push 19 kinds of event to your endpoint with HMAC signatures and automatic retries, and Zapier covers the rest without code. Part of the Enterprise arrangement.
