Is Gaffer really everything in one price?
Near enough. Every paid plan includes the same platform — every trade pack, every integration, unlimited users — and they differ only in how you pay. The exceptions are multi-site, white-label, API access and the tender tools, which sit on a separate Enterprise arrangement. Paid plans differ only in how you pay: £29 a month, £249 a year, or £499 once for life. A free plan covers the core quote-and-invoice loop at very small volumes.
Which trades is it built for?
58 of them, from electricians, plumbers, gas and heating engineers to tree surgeons, roofers, EV charger installers and lift engineers. Each trade ships with its own certificates, forms, job templates and quote templates — 913 trade documents in total.
Does it work when my engineers have no signal?
Yes. The mobile app is offline-first. Jobs, forms, photos, signatures and clock-ins are stored on the phone and synced automatically when signal returns. It has been built for lofts, plant rooms and rural sites.
How long does it take to set up?

Can I bring my data from ServiceM8, Tradify, Jobber or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Gaffer imports customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and line items from a CSV export of any system, and connects directly to several of them. Nothing is lost in the move.
What happens after the free trial?
