Are the certificates acceptable to landlords and inspectors?
They carry the fields the schemes expect, your registration numbers, the date, the engineer and a signature, and they go out as a branded PDF. Whether a scheme requires its own branded form is worth checking for your trade before you switch.
What happens when a certificate is about to expire?
It surfaces before it lapses, not after. You get the alert, and the customer can get a text with a booking link — which is how last year’s compliance turns into this year’s work.
