Quotes and invoices that actually reach the inbox
Email delivery and tracking.
Part of integrations in Gaffer, which replaces exporting CSVs and typing them in again.

Plays nicely with the tools you already pay for.
Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Stripe, GoCardless, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Twilio, Zapier, FENSA, TrustMark and a developer API with outbound webhooks.
No double entry, no exporting CSVs on a Sunday night.
Mailgun integration is one of the 14 things in integrations. See the rest →
- Quote, invoice, payment-link and reminder emails delivered for real rather than simulated
- Replies go to your own business address, and the quote or invoice PDF is attached on send
- Opens and clicks counted against the message, so you can see who has read what
- Tracking events are signature-checked and time-limited, so nobody can forge activity on your account
Step 06 of the job: paid
The customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Direct Debit. Xero or QuickBooks are updated. A review request goes out. And eleven months later, the annual service reminder books the next job.
Integrations is where Mailgun integration sits, and that is the step it shows up in most. The rest of the job — quoting, scheduling, certificates, invoicing and payment — runs in the same system, on the same record. See the whole job →

What is Mailgun integration for?
Quote, invoice, payment-link and reminder emails delivered for real rather than simulated Replies go to your own business address, and the quote or invoice PDF is attached on send
What happens if the connection breaks?
Records queue rather than vanish, failures are retried, and anything that still cannot be pushed is surfaced for you to resolve. You are told, rather than finding out at year end.
Do I have to stop using my accountant?
No, and they will probably prefer this. The books stay in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage — Gaffer keeps them current so there is nothing to reconcile by hand at month end.
Which plan is it on?
Every paid plan. Mailgun integration is included for unlimited users at no extra cost — the monthly, annual and lifetime plans differ only in how you pay.
